Primavera Tango Expands: New Monday Tango Classes in Sydney!
We are thrilled to announce that Primavera Tango is expanding!
Due to the incredible growth of our tango community, we are now offering two additional group classes every Monday night (starting Monday, 17th November 2025) at the beautiful Lachlan’s Line Auditorium in Macquarie Park.
This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for our studio, giving dancers more opportunities to learn, connect & grow in the world of Argentine tango.
Our new Monday night program offers a structured yet welcoming space where dancers of all backgrounds can immerse themselves in the beauty & rhythm of Argentine tango.
Each class is professionally designed by Dean James Beattie and Gigi Silva, combining their international experience, artistry & passion for teaching. Expect clear guidance, personal attention & a fun, supportive atmosphere that will have you dancing with confidence in no time.

Beginner Tango Class (Foundational)
If you are new to tango or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, this class is the perfect place to start. You will learn:
The essentials of posture, embrace & connection
Fundamental walking patterns & simple directional movements
How to develop timing, rhythm & musicality
The art of leading & following with comfort & confidence
This class is designed to help you feel grounded & graceful as you begin your tango journey.
Intermediate Tango Class
Ready to take your tango to the next level?
Our Intermediate Class dives deeper into tango technique & musical interpretation. You will explore:
Turns, ochos, giros & elegant patterns
Musical phrasing & adapting your movement to different orchestras
Balance, precision & expression through adornos & styling
Enhanced understanding of connection & improvisation
This class is perfect for dancers who already have the basics & are ready to refine their skills, elevate their social dancing or explore performance-level tango.

We aim to keep things simple & accessible:
$25 Single Class (Beginner or Intermediate)
$40 Dual Class (Join both Beginner + Intermediate)
$15 Practica Only (on Thursdays)
